Return and Refund Policy

At Alle Ana Gift Bundles we strive to ensure that every customer is satisfied with their purchase. If for any reason you are not completely happy with your order, we offer a straightforward return and refund policy to address your concerns. 

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Please note that customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a mistake on our part.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@alleana.co.nz. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
In the rare event that you receive a damaged, defective item or the wrong item please reach out to us immediately with photos of the issue so we can so that we can evaluate the issue and assist you promptly with a replacement or refund. 

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.

 

Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different product, please contact our customer service team to arrange the exchange process. Exchanges are subject to product availability and any price difference will be handled accordingly.

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
