DOMESTIC SHIPPING (NEW ZEALAND)

We aim to make your shopping experience as seamless as possible. Please see our shipping terms below.

 

DELIVERY COST

Flat rate $10 - anywhere in New Zealand

 

FREE SHIPPING ON ALL ORDERS OVER $150

To a single delivery address within New Zealand.

 

DELIVERY TIME

Every order is packed with care and love. Orders are dispatched within 24 hours of purchase (Mon-Fri). Weekend orders are dispatched the following Monday.

Please allow for delays during peak seasons or public holidays.

Estimated delivery after dispatch:

Auckland & North Island 1-2 working days 

South Island 1-2 working days

 Rural  2-3 working days

 

DAMAGES

If your parcel arrives damaged, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery. Keep all original packaging so we can lodge a courier claim on your behalf. If the claim is successful, we'll arrange a replacement.

 

ORDER TRACKING

Once dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number via email to monitor your delivery.

 

SHIPPING ADDRESS

Please double-check your shipping details before placing your order. We're unable to take responsibility for delays or lost parcels due to incorrect or incomplete address details.
