DOMESTIC SHIPPING (NEW ZEALAND)

Every order is packed with care and love in Auckland. Here's everything you need to know about getting your parcel to you.

DELIVERY COST
Flat rate $10, anywhere in New Zealand.

FREE SHIPPING ON ALL ORDERS OVER $150
To a single delivery address within New Zealand.

DELIVERY TIME
Orders are dispatched within 24 hours of purchase (Mon to Fri). Weekend orders are dispatched the following Monday. Please allow for delays during peak seasons or public holidays.

Estimated delivery after dispatch:
Auckland and North Island: 1 to 2 working days
South Island: 1 to 2 working days
Rural: 2 to 3 working days

DAMAGES
If your parcel arrives damaged, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery. Keep all original packaging so we can lodge a courier claim on your behalf. If the claim is successful, we'll arrange a replacement.

ORDER TRACKING
Once dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number via email to monitor your delivery.

SHIPPING ADDRESS
Please double check your shipping details before placing your order. We're unable to take responsibility for delays or lost parcels due to incorrect or incomplete address details.
