How to Use

1. Fill the bottle with lukewarm water (around 37–38°C).
2. Screw the cap on securely and extend the nozzle.
3. Invert the bottle between your legs while sitting on the toilet or in the shower.
4. Aim the tip towards your perineal area and gently squeeze.
5. Repeat as needed for cleansing and soothing relief.
